Order issue

I ordered a L Brooklyn shirt by mistake and sent several emails requesting it be changed to a 3xl . I did receive an email saying the order has been changed to a three XL. However, when I received the shirt, it was still a large. I then sent several emails trying to get an exchange for three XL and I was told it was handled however I never received the product.
