We offer dynamic calculated shipping rates based on package details for domestic and international orders. We offer FREE Domestic Shipping on orders over $70, this value can vary based on seasonal sales periods. Once you reach your checkout page, you will be able to enter your shipping destination and view all available rates & times.
We offer World-wide shipping, shipping rates are calculated based on location and package weight. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NYGiftLoft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please do not hesitate and contact us.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Your order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 Business Days within the US (This does not include order processing of 1-2 business days) and 1-7 business days for most international orders. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please do not hesitate to contact us. Estimated shipping times will be given at checkout upon choosing a shipping method.

Return to Sender Packages
If you're package has been returned to the shop for any reason including incomplete address, inaccessible residence etc. you may be asked to pay an additional shipping fee before re-shipping.

Whether you changed your mind, the product was not as expected, it arrived damaged, an order is incorrect or missing an item you can go ahead and follow the instructions below to process your FREE return:
1. Point of contact: To start your return, you can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or the name that was used for the order. You can use the email template below:
"Hi, I would like to start a return for my order (Your Order#). (Specify your reason for return). Thank You"
2. You will be contacted within 48 hours with instructions on what to do. This may include repacking your products to prevent damaging during the transit back to the shop, printing your FREE return label & any further instructions on how to proceed with your return to ensure that the return package arrives back at the shop promptly so that a refund can be processed on the returned products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All ordered items are exchangeable within 30-days of order placement.
Sale items, Gift Cards and discounted products are fully exchangeable or returnable for full store credit.
Orders placed outside of the United States are returnable only at the expense of the customer. Free return labels will not be provided for international orders outside of the United States.
Whether you're looking to exchange an apparel item for a different size or a product for another, please follow the same steps for the return process above, and specify in your email subject line or by text that you are interested in an "Exchange".
For Apparel Size exchanges, you will go through the general return process and the replacement apparel item will be shipped out to you upon arrival and inspection of the returned apparel.
For product(s) exchanges, you will go through the general return process and a Gift Loft rep will communicate with you about your desired replacement products or a gift card with the product(s) total value will be sent to you digitally in the form of a code that can be used thereafter.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Products exchanged once or more will be deemed non-refundable thereafter. Specified Bulk/Custom orders made through the company's representatives may NOT be refundable so please contact your rep by name when it comes to custom or bulk orders.
International Orders, Returns & Refunds
Orders placed outside of the United States are fully returnable for full product refunds! Free return labels will NOT be provided on orders placed outside of the United States. NYGiftLoft is NOT responsible for damage of goods during transit, goods damaged during transit outside of the United States are non-refundable. For this reason, extra care is taken on Fragiles being shipped out of the country. For returns on all International Orders, the customer is responsible for packing the products safely and shipping the package to the shop. International Shipping Fees are non-refundable, that means if an International order is being returned for a refund; shipping, duties and tax fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs in association to an exchange will be the customer's responsibility via an additional payment.
