Nice pants, but need different size and waiting on customer service to send info to return for ten days now…will probably have to dispute charge thru credit card company since not getting anywhere
The website did an auto fill and entered my old address. I contacted the company immediately after the placement and advised them of the error. I sent two more emails before the product was shipped and it still went to the old address. As such I give very poor marks as they offered zero resolution to the problem.
Look elsewhere!!
I absolutely love it. I am a huge supporter. The fit is so comfortable. The quality is amazingly good. I would recommend this to all my friends.
I sent the order before I realized it was for a small tshirt. I explained this in an email and you answered right away that I should just send it back and you would exchange for a large.. well, I can’t find the email with instructions, so I need you to resend the info. Otherwise, the hat and shirt look great, but the shirt only fits my cat.
